Crystal conflict between Sage Fixed Assets 2023.1 and higher and Sage 300 CRE

There is a conflict with the Crystal Runtime versions used between Sage Fixed Assets and Sage 300 CRE. Sage Fixed Assets 2023.1 and higher uses Crystal Runtime SP30 64-bit, while Sage 300 CRE uses a 32-bit Crystal Runtime (i.e. for 300CRE version 22.2, it uses SP22 32-bit).

Sage Fixed Assets and Sage 300 CRE need to be installed on different machines.

Note:

In some cases, following the steps in Error: "Report is not a valid crystal report design." allowed users to run reports from both programs on the same machine. It is important to know that Sage can't guarantee that reports will function properly or that the data in the reports will be correct if you use this workaround.
