There’s another version of the CRRuntime.msi installed which is a later version than what Sage 300 CRE uses.

This error may not appear at all workstations. It will only appear at those workstations where you installed the third-party product.

The different versions of the CRRuntime.msi files aren’t compatible. Consult with your IT professional to determine the best course of action.

Reinstall Crystal Runtime for Sage 300 CRE

1. Launch Windows Explorer.
2. Browse to the \\servername\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\WinInst\Prerequisites\Crystal Runtime Engine (x86) folder.
3. Double-click the correct msi file to install the Crystal Reports Runtime Engine for your version.
   • Versions 25.2 and earlier: CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_8.msi
   • Versions 26.1 and later: CR13SP38MSI64_0-80007712.msi

Reinstall PostCrystalUFLInstall

1. Browse to the \\servername\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\WinInst\Prerequisites\Post Crystal UFL Install folder.
2. Right-click PostCrystalUFLInstall.exe and choose Run as Administrator to complete the Crystal components installation.
