Option 1: Change the report to default - Select Reports, then Report Centre.
- select the type of report you want.
- Select the crashing report.
- Select Modify this report.
- Select as the template
- Select OK to display the report.
- Close the report.
- Select Reports and select the report you normally use without going via the Report Centre.
- The report will load.
Option 2: Run DBUtil or dbverifier - Run DBUtil or dbverifier.
- Verify that you no longer receive the error.

- If the client has no other option to select try the Printer Emulation, follow Article ID 10526 Printer Emulation, in Related Resources.
- You can also contact the printer manufacture and get an updated printer driver for you model of printer.
Option 4: create a new Sage 50 user - Create a new user in Sage 50.
- Verify that you no longer receive the error.
Option 5: Password reset - Perform a password reset.
- Contact Sage Support for assistance at 1-888-522-2722.
Option 6: I’m trying to print RL-1 - Select Setup, Reports & Forms..., Government Forms, then Quebec Payroll.
- Select the alternate form, then select OK.
- Redo steps 1 & 2 to restore the original form.
- Print RL-1 again.
Option 7: Create a new data folder - If you can print reports without unhandled error when a file is copied from the server to the local drive, then create a new folder on the server with full permission.
- Copy the company file to this new location on the server
- Verify if there’s no error in printing the reports.
