General troubleshooting

 CAUTION: We don’t recommend disconnecting the bank feed, as this can result in missing transactions 

  1. Log in to your online banking service to confirm that your password and security information are correct.
  2. Ensure no outstanding changes to terms and conditions need acceptance.
  3. Verify the details entered in the bank feed setup are correct.
