Cause
  • Someone already established another session at the same time

  • Some online banking service providers do not consider you properly logged off if you have just closed the website browser

Resolution
  1. Log in to your online banking website and ensure you’ve logged out.
  2. Sign out of Sage Accounting, log back in, and retry your bank feed.
