Description

Slow or insufficient computer RAM (Random Access Memory) may cause this issue. When software is unable to respond to a Windows prompt, a 'Not Responding' message comes up.

Restart the server computer

Reboot the Server after ensuring everyone has logged out and or reboot the router if it's a network issue.

  1. Go to the Windows Start button.
  2. Type 'Services' in the search window.
  3. In the window, under Name, right-click on the Sage 50 Database Connection Manager.
