Payroll taxes not calculating at all

Some payroll taxes aren’t calculating in Sage 50 Accounting such as Employment Insurance (EI) and Canadian Pension Plan (CPP).

If your payroll taxes are incorrect, review why the payroll taxes calculated incorrectly

To troubleshoot, select the option that describes your issue.

• EI, CPP and Federal Tax aren’t calculating at all
• The CPP amount isn’t calculating
• EI Employee amount is incorrect for a deduction
• The Provincial / Federal Tax isn’t automatically calculating, but the EI or CPP are calculating
