Summary
"Need service plan" error when using EFT or Payroll.
Resolution
- Verify with sales that you do have a valid support plan that includes Payroll services and EFT as needed.
- If you do have a valid support plan, go to Help, Upgrade Your Sage 50 Product, and click OK.
- If this still does not work and was working before, try again later as the entitlement servers might be down
