Error: "To pay vendors and employees or collect payment from customers through direct payment in Sage 50, you need a service plan that provides this option"

"Need service plan" error when using EFT or Payroll.

Verify with sales that you do have a valid support plan that includes Payroll services and EFT as needed.
If you do have a valid support plan, go to Help, Upgrade Your Sage 50 Product, and click OK.
