Re-download a copy of the shared file

Restart the Connection Manager

• Stop and restart the Connection Manager

Each computer and user must have their own Sage account email address

• If there’s only one user set up and you need multiple simultaneous users

Ensure you don't save the file to a synced folder

• Make sure you don't save the file in a synced folder

On the second computer using the same Sage ID

• Open the file in multi-user mode and close it. Don't trigger an automatic backup
• Then reopen the file on the problematic PC

Use another Sage ID

• Use another Sage ID to log in the shared company
