Restart the Connection Manager
Description

Sometimes you get errors that need you to stop and restart the Connection Manager for Sage 50 Accounting. You can easily find the Connection Manager using the Windows search.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to the Start menu.
  2. Type Sage 50 Connection Manager and select the App.
  3. In the Sage 50 Connection Manager window, go to the Connection Manager section.
  4. Click Stop Service, then OK.
  5. Click Start Service, then OK.
  6. Open Sage 50.
