How to grant an accountant access to Accounting Start

Accounting Start supports a single user, so you can’t invite another user through User Management. Your accountant must sign up for the Accounting Accountants Edition to access your Accounting Start data.

1. Ask your accountant to sign up for the Accountants Edition.
2. Your accountant sends an invitation to your email address from their account. See How to invite clients to use Accounting in the Accountant Edition.
3. Accept the invitation using your existing email address and password.
4. The invitation links the accounts and gives your accountant full access to your data.

We also recommend this process for accountants who work with clients using Accounting, even though Accounting supports multiple users.
