It's a good idea to test the flow of an invoice all the way through the system to verify that everything is working as you expect. you have the option to use a Test vault to test your setup, or you can work directly in your production vaults. Refer to the "Using a Test Vault" section of the SPC APFlow Basic Setup Guide.

Refine your setup as needed, referring to the section in the SPC APFlow Setup guide titled "Refine Your APFLow Basic Setup." Additional setup options and features are also documented in the "Implement Additional Features" section of the setup guide. These additional features are not required, and you can implement them at any time.

Train your AP teams how to use APFlow Basic. The SPC APFlow Basic User's Guide will be handy for this. If you're using a Test vault, you can use it for training if you want your users to practice without impacting live data. Or you can train using actual invoices and documents.

You can also visit Sage University at www.SageU.com to look for online training classes.

If you're using a Test vault, you will need to copy your setup to your production vault before you officially begin using APFlow Basic. Refer to the section of the setup guide titled, "Using a test vault." There is also a very useful Help topic in Sage Paperless Construction titled, "Copying a Vault." Copy your test vault to your production vault.
