How to add a comment on a form

Resolution
  1. Select Setup, then Reports & Forms.
  2. Select the Form Type on the left pane.

  3. Select Customize Form.
  4. Select the Data Field icon.

  5. Select the area on the form to add the field and left-click.
  6. Select the dropdown under Data Field:.
  7. Select Comment.
  8. Resize the box if necessary.
  9. Select File, then Save As... to save the form.
  10. Verify that the form now prints with the Comment.
