| How to add a comment on a form |
Resolution | - Select Setup, then Reports & Forms.
- Select the Form Type on the left pane.

- Select Customize Form.
- Select the Data Field icon.

- Select the area on the form to add the field and left-click.
- Select the dropdown under Data Field:.
- Select Comment.
- Resize the box if necessary.
- Select File, then Save As... to save the form.
- Verify that the form now prints with the Comment.
