| Resolution | To proceed with the fiscal year-end close: - Verify all users except yourself have completely exited Sage BusinessVision
- Close all open modules on your workstation
- Verify that no other applications access the company data files
- If you use Superticker, disable it before you start the year-end close
- Run the fiscal year-end process
- After the year-end process finishes, enable Superticker again
