Description

Error: "One or more files are in use. The Year-End Close procedure cannot continue.
Please ensure that no other users are logged on and that no other applications are 
accessing your company data files. One or more required files are missing. The 
Year-End Close procedure cannot continue."

Cause

Resolution

To proceed with the fiscal year-end close:

All users except yourself must exit the program completely on their computers
On your computer, close all open modules within the program
If you use Superticker, disable it before starting the year-end close. Once the process is complete, re-enable Superticker
