| Log all users off the Sage BusinessVision program using Pervasive/ Actian Monitor |
Description | - We can't have all users logging in a Sage BusinessVision company eventhough we are entittled to have more users.

Resolution | Option I: To check if someone is stuck on Pervasive / Actian on the server:- On the server, click Start, All Programs, Pervasive/ Actian, Utilities, Monitor.
- Click MicroKernel, Active Users.
Each user will have an IP address. Sometimes there are more than one items that come from the same user. Pervasive/Actian will count the users with the same IP address as one. If a user is not in Sage BusinessVision program, but the Monitor shows the user, you can delete that user. Option II: To log off users from the BusinessVision data server: - On the server, click Start, All Programs, Pervasive/ Actian, Utilities, Monitor.
- Click MicroKernel, Active Users.
- Click Delete Current User or Delete All Users, then click Yes to confirm.
