Slow performance when creating a backup
Description
Cause
  • Backup files inside the .saj company folder
Resolution
  1. Refer to Related Resources "I can't save a backup, Sage 50 freezes when creating a backup"
  2. Do not save in the .SAJ folder
  3. Check the automatic backup folder
    • Click Setup, Settings, Company, Backup
    • Verify Scheduled Backup folder is not going into the .SAJ folder
