Error: " We're unable to process your submission because the transmitter..."
Summary
Error: "We're unable to process your submission because the transmitter CRA account number given in the attached T619 electronic transmittal record does not match the account number you used to sign in". The error occurs when submitting a Sage 50 Accounting T4, T4A, or T5018 file on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website.
Select the checkbox for Filed by Representative on the Transmission Information tab.
Enter your seven-character representative ID in the Representative ID field. If you don't have a Representative ID, follow these instructions from the CRA to get one.
NOTE:
Make sure this number matches the number you're using to connect to the CRA website.
Leave the Representative BN field blank.
Make sure the Transmitter Name doesn't have any ampersands in it. If it does, replace '&' with 'and'.
