Setup webmail in System Setup
- Ensure everyone logged off Sage BusinessVision
- Go to Utilities, System Manager, System Setup
- Select Company, Email Settings
- Select the form that you want to email on right side
- Select option to Use a webmail account and click Add account information
- On the Add Webmail Account screen, select the webmail server, enter the email address and password. Uncheck Configure Automatically option. Click Test to confirm that the configuration is correct.
- Click OK to complete
- Click Apply and OK to save.
