Setup webmail in System Setup

  1. Ensure everyone logged off Sage BusinessVision
  2. Go to Utilities, System Manager, System Setup
  3. Select Company, Email Settings
  4. Select the form that you want to email on right side
  5. Select option to Use a webmail account and click Add account information
  6. On the Add Webmail Account screen, select the webmail server, enter the email address and password. Uncheck Configure Automatically option. Click Test to confirm that the configuration is correct.
  7. Click OK to complete
  8. Click Apply and OK to save.
