How do I make an employee inactive?

Resolution

To mark an employee inactive:

  1. Go to Employees and Payroll.
  2. Open the employee record and go to the Personal tab.
  3. Check Inactive Employee to set the employee as Inactive.
  4. Select Save and Close.
