Does Sage BusinessVision have a backup utility?

Resolution

Unfortunately Sage BusinessVision does not have a backup utility within the software. There are 2 ways to backup the company data:

Option I: Use the third party backup solution 

Option II: Copy and Paste the data folder and custom reports (if there are any) to another location. Rename the backup folder and add the date of the backup to the folder name. For example: BVDATA Backup  June 16 2023

 CAUTION:  Sage BusinessVision does not support real time backup system. Please schedule the backup after hours so that it does not interfere with the program. Make sure to do full backup, not incremental backups.
