How to print a charitable donation receipt

Sage 50 does not have a feature to issue a charitable donation receipt. You can create a custom form as a workaround to print a charitable donation receipt.

1. Create the form

1. Go to Setup, Reports & Forms, Receipts.
2. Customize the form to the CRA's requirements for charitable donation receipts.

2. Issue the Receipt

1. Create a Sales Invoice to record the donation.

    

2. Select the payment method Pay Later

3. Create a Receipt for the invoice.
