Cause


Resolution

  1. Login as the sysadmin, single-user mode (password protected).
  2. Select Setup, then Set users & roles
  3. Enter the password for sysadmin.
  4. Highlight the User and select Modify User.
  5. Grant Rights With Third-Party Products.
  6. If using EFT or Excel select Read/write access.
  7. Remove Full accounting rights and assign the neccessary access for the user.
  8. Login as the the user in Sage 50 (multi or single-user).
