Error: "This employee has time slips that have not been cleared. Please clear out the employee's time slips before removing the employee"

Resolution

  1. Make a backup
  2. Make the employee(s) in question active in the Employee Record
  3. Click Time Slips
  4. Click Look up Time Slip
  5. Search for a timeslip for the affected employee and click OK
  6. Click Remove time slip
  7. Remove Not paid time slips for the employee
  8. Repeat from step 4 until there are no more time slips affecting the employee(s) in question
  9. Click Employees, Click Remove Employee, click employee name, click Remove
    • There is no way to to remove (clear) time slips in bulk.
