Error: "This employee has time slips that have not been cleared. Please clear out the employee's time slips before removing the employee"
- Make a backup
- Make the employee(s) in question active in the Employee Record
- Click Time Slips
- Click Look up Time Slip
- Search for a timeslip for the affected employee and click OK
- Click Remove time slip
- Remove Not paid time slips for the employee
- Repeat from step 4 until there are no more time slips affecting the employee(s) in question
- Click Employees, Click Remove Employee, click employee name, click Remove
- There is no way to to remove (clear) time slips in bulk.
