Method 1: If You're Using More Than One Antivirus Program:
- Find and Open the Control Panel.
- Click on "Programs and Features" (sometimes called "Add/Remove Programs").
- Look for any extra antivirus programs you don't need. If you find more than one, remove them until you have just one.
- Restart your computer.
- You might need to turn off your antivirus briefly to reinstall Sage 50.
Method 2 : Check Your Internet Options:
- Open Internet Options (via Control Panel or MS Edge).
- Go to the Connections tab.
- Click LAN settings.
- Uncheck the box for "Automatically detect settings."
- Press OK.
Method 3 : uninstall Sage 50 and reinstall as administrator
- Uninstall Sage 50 from Control Panel, Programs & Features.
- Browse to c:\Sage\
- Locate the Sage 50 installation folder of the latest version.
- If you do not have the latest version, then please download and install it.

- Open the Setup folder.
- Right-click the setup.exe file and select Run as administrator.
- Proceed with the installation.
