Resolution
Save a copy of the file
- Make a backup (or Save As 'Test') of your current data file.
- Restore from a backup from the end of the last year that should be included.
- In the file restored, click on Maintenance, Clear Data, and select Clear Financial History...
- Select the last year that should not be included.
- Click on OK.
- Create a backup of this file. The backup will only include the desired years.
Use a backup file
- Restore from a backup from the end of the desired year. For example, 2022.
- In the file restored, go to Maintenance, Clear Data, and select Clear Financial History.
- Select the year 2019. (Last year at the bottom of list)
- Click on OK.
- Create a backup of this file. The backup will only include the years 2021 and 2020.
