Remote Data Access file shows in an older version

Summary

When downloading a file from Remote Data Access, the data file shows in an older version of Sage 50 Accounting.

Resolution

  1. Stop sharing the file on the data owner's computer.
  2. Remove the users.
  3. Run Database Utilities.
  4. Reshare the file on Remote Data Access.
