Emails aren't sending with the default email program

How to resolve the issue when the default email program isn't sending emails in Sage 50 Accounting.

1. Rename the SAI file and its corresponding SAJ folder using only numbers and letters.
   • Remove special characters from the file name, such as opened and closed brackets, ampersands (&), dashes, underscores, or a period (.)
   • Ensure the last character before .SAI is not a space. For example, change UNIVERSL .SAI to UNIVERSL.SAI
   • Ensure there aren't extra dots in the SAJ and SAI. For example, change UNIVERSL..SAI to UNIVERSL.SAI
2. Verify you’re able to send emails.
