I would like to update my payment method in Accounting. However, I receive an error message when I try to update my credit card details under Settings.
If you are experiencing this issue:
- Please connect to Accounting in Google Chrome. You may experience issues updating your credit card information when using other browsers.
- Verify the address entered with your payment information. Make sure that the address entered matches the address associated with your credit card.
- In addition, please search the address in Google Maps. Verify that you have entered the address in the same format as available in Google Maps.
- "Error General, No Information" Make sure that Credit Card is activated.
