| Resolution | NOTE: These steps apply to Canadian accounts created before April 2021. - Log in as the business account owner. See Sage account login.
- Hover over your business name and select Manage Business Account.
- On the Business Management page, select Payment Method and then click Manage My Payment Methods.
- On the Your subscriptions page, select Edit billing information.
- On the Billing information page, select Use a different card.
- Re-enter your card information and click Save.
