How do I make a local backup of my data? 

Currently it is not possible to create a single back up file, however you have several options to create a copy of your entries in Sage Business Cloud Accounting.


  1. You can automatically save a copy of your Invoices and credit notes in your Google Drive account.
  2. You can create and export reports of all the entries and journals. How do I export all of my data from Accounting
  3. The Audit Trail Report gives you a record of everything in Sage Business Cloud Accounting, even deleted entries.
