How to export your data

Export the reports

  1. Select the Report tab.
  2. Open a report and select Export.
  3. Save the file as a PDF or CSV.

Quotes, Estimates, Sales and Purchases Invoices, and Credit Notes

All quotes, invoices, and credit notes open as PDF.

Print or export multiple sales invoices

  1. Go to the Sales, Sales invoices.

    TIP:

    We recommend you set the display to show 100 records per page

  2. Select invoices from the table or tick the top box to select all. Use the toolbar to print, email, or export them as CSV or PDF.

Export listings from the activity tabs

You can export listings to CSV or PDF from these tabs.

  • Sales
  • Expenses
  • Contacts
  • Products & Services
  • Banking
  • Bank Account Activity
  1. Select the settings icon to configure the column display. Click Save.

     

  2. Select the period and apply filters.
  3. Select records or select all.
  4. When the taskbar appears, export the selection as PDF or CSV.

Automatically save documents to Google Drive

A Google Drive connection automatically saves invoices, quotes, and credit notes into your Google Drive.

  1. Select the Settings tab.
  2. Go to Apps and connections, then Google Drive.
  3. Select Enable and complete the setup wizard.

Google Drive saves only these sales documents:

  • Sales invoices
  • Quotes
  • Sales credit notes
Google Drive saves only sales documents created after you enable the connection and excludes purchase invoices and purchase credit notes.
