If you lose your device or change your phone number, remove 2FA. Set up 2FA again to change the phone number and switch to your new device.

If using 2FA for Multi-user Sage accounts, each person will need their own login and 2FA settings.

Change your device
The steps you need to follow depend on whether you have access to your current 2FA device. Select the option below to find out more.
▼ You have access to your current 2FA device
- Log in to Sage Account Management with your email address and password.
- Enter your verification code using your chosen method.
- Select 2-factor authentication.

- Select Remove.

- Enter your password and log in.
- Enter your 6-digit verification code from your chosen method.

- You've turned off 2FA for your previous device. You can now set up 2FA on your new device.
▼ You don't have access to your existing device
- Log in to your product.
- Select Verify a different way instead.

- Select Recovery code.
NOTE: If you don't have access to your recovery code, contact Sage support. - Enter the 24-digit code presented to you when you set up 2FA.
- Select Remove the device and add a new one.

- Select Send 2-factor authentication email. This sends an email to allow you to set up your new device.
