  3. Use the checkboxes to choose the columns to display.
  4. To change the order of the columns, grab a column and drag it up or down the list.
  5. The system always places the Invoice Number first and doesn’t allow moving it.
  6. To start over, select Reset to go back to the default settings.

Print, email, export, or delete

Use the checkboxes to select the required documents. This opens the action toolbar at the top of the list.

Email Send all selected documents to a single email address. Use this option to email a copy of the invoice or credit note as an attachment.

CAUTION:

Ensure you only select the invoices or credit notes for that particular customer.

Print Print the sales list. It doesn’t print the actual documents.
PDF Create a copy of each selected document in a single PDF file.
CSV Create the sales list in a spreadsheet, including the visible columns.
Delete

Delete or void a transaction.

TIP:

To comply with CRA rules and keep sequential numbers, void non-draft invoices and credit notes instead of deleting them.
