The Increase returned check count option affects the number of returned checks on the tenant and the lease. See more information about this setting.

If this box is selected or cleared in error, you can manually change the number of returned checks.

Update the lease

Update the number of returned checks (Num Returned) on the lease.

1. Go to Property Management, Tasks, Manage Leases, Change Lease.
2. Enter the lease ID.
3. Go to the General tab and then the Misc tab.
4. Correct the number in the Num Returned box.

Update the tenant

Update the Number of returned checks on the tenant.

1. Go to Property Management, Setup, Tenants.
2. Enter the tenant ID.
3. Go to the General tab.
4. Correct the number in the Number of returned checks box.
