| Cause | No Features are selected for the Role the Estimator was assigned. See Screen Shot

- Launch the Sage Estimating Management Console
- Select Security
- Select the Roles tab
- Select the Role
- Select the Edit button
- Uncheck the disable check box
- For default settings
- Check Create estimate
- Check Change estimate security
- Check View database and allow takeoff
