Make your custom fields available for use:
- In Sage Desktop:
- Version 15.1 and older: from Tasks, Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Common Tasks, the File menu select Company Settings, Custom Fields.
- Version 16.1 and later: from Applications, Common Tasks, File, Company Settings, Custom Fields.
- Select the record for the Custom Field and Press Edit.
- When the Custom Fields window opens, Click Yes when the question to make custom fields available for use appears.
- Click Cancel to close the Custom Fields window.
- Custom fields should now be available as usual.
Note:You may need to repeat the steps for each record that contains a custom field.
