Move the company file

  1. Move the company file to a new folder on the C:\ drive.
  2. Verify the data file opens.

Reinstall Sage 50

  1. Reinstall Sage 50.
  2. Verify the data file opens.

Restart the computer

Restart the computer and try opening the Sage 50 data again. 

Configure the firewall or antivirus

Ensure that the firewall and antivirus programs allow Sage 50 processes to run with full permissions.
