| | How to activate or disactivate ledger account visibility |
| Resolution | Adjust ledger account visibility -
Go to Settings. -
Select Business Settings. -
Under Financial Settings, click Chart of Accounts. -
Review the list of ledger accounts included in your chart of accounts. If the account exists - Click the required ledger account.
- Select Included in Chart.
- Under Visibility, select the areas where you want the ledger active.
- Journals and Reports are selected by default
- Bank selects automatically for ledgers linked to bank accounts created in Banking
- Sales and Expenses activate ledgers when creating invoices
- Other Payments and Other Receipts activate ledgers when creating banking entries

Additional Information - To remove an unwanted ledger account, clear Included in Chart
- You can’t delete a ledger account once created
- You can’t modify or exclude any control ledger account marked with an asterisk (*)
