To delete a bank transaction

You can identify and access a transaction from an invoice, a report, or a contact activity list. However, you can not delete the transaction from within the transaction window, and you need to be on the banking activity list to be able to delete the transaction.
TIP: Please note the transaction's date to reference it as you access the banking tab.  

  1. Go to Banking
  2. Select the relevant bank account
  3. Scroll down to view the activity list
  4. Locate the transaction, use filters, and change the period if necessary
  5. Click the checkbox to the left of the transaction and select
  6. The trashcan icon should appear at the top of the activity list 
  7. Click on the trashcan to delete the transaction
