Desjardins bank feeds not syncing

Summary

Disconnect and reconnect your Desjardins account from Sage Cloud Accounting Bank Feeds to resolve the syncing issue.

Resolution

 CAUTION: Make sure you process any outstanding transactions with your existing Desjardin bank feed before disconnecting and reconnecting to a new feed. we also recommend you make note of any bank rules you may have already set up so you can recreate them when you reconnect the bank feed. 

Disconnecting the Bank feed:

  1. Go to Banking tab
  2. Hover your cursor over Actions on the bank account for Desjardins
  3. Click on Disconnect Bank Account
  4. You will be asked to confirm if you wish to disconnect it.
  5. Confirm and refresh your browser

Reconnecting the Bank feed:

  1. Go to the Actions again and select Connect to bank
  2. In the search for your bank box, search for Desjardins
  3. Select Desjardins - URL (https://www.desjardins.com/ca/) and reconnect the bank feed
