Summary
Disconnect and reconnect your Desjardain account from Sage 50 Accounting Bank Feeds to resolve the syncing issue.
Resolution
- Go to Setup, Settings, Company, and select Bank Transactions.
- Click Remove to disconnect the bank account and click OK.
- Go back to Setup, Settings, Company, and select Bank Transactions.
- Click Connect to Bank Feeds and reconnect to Desjardain using Plaid.
NOTE: Disconnecting the bank account will remove any existing draft transactions, completed transactions, and bank rules.
