Desjardain bank feeds not syncing

Summary

Disconnect and reconnect your Desjardain account from Sage 50 Accounting Bank Feeds to resolve the syncing issue.

Resolution

  1. Go to Setup, Settings, Company, and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click Remove to disconnect the bank account and click OK.
  3. Go back to Setup, Settings, Company, and select Bank Transactions.
  4. Click Connect to Bank Feeds and reconnect to Desjardain using Plaid.

 NOTE: Disconnecting the bank account will remove any existing draft transactions, completed transactions, and bank rules.
