Create Paycheque option is grey

Summary

Steps to resolve the ability to create a paycheque because the option isn’t selectable.

Resolution

  1. Go to Help, Update Service Plan.
  2. Click Check service plan.
  3. Enter the Payroll ID if prompted.
  4. Click OK.
