Resolution

  1. Log all users out of Sage 50 Canada.
  2. Open Sage 50 Canada.  Switch to Single-User mode.
  3. Close Sage 50 Canada.
  4. Connect to the Sage CM link for Sage 50 Canada. Click Sync.
  5. Close the Sage CM Link for Sage 50 Canada.
  6. Connect to Sage 50 Canada.
  7. Click File, Remote Data Access, Overwrite Shared Data.
  8. Switch Sage 50 Canada back to Multi-user mode.
  9. Allow users to log back in to Sage 50 Canada.
