Connecting your Sage 50 Accounting company to AR Automation allows you to provide your customers with access to their accounts receivable invoices and transaction data.
How to set up
- Install the latest version of Sage 50 Accounting.
- Open a data file.
- Go to File, Sage Connect, Connect to Sage Connect.
- If you haven’t connected to any Sage service before, use the Sage onboard wizard
- Read and select the I agree to the Sage Connect Terms of Service checkbox.
- Click Create my Sage Connect account.
- Verify that it’s the correct company file and select Continue.
- Click Complete Setup.
- The AR Automation browser window will open.
- Set up a new AR Automation company by filling in the business information.
The following information will sync from Sage 50 to AR Automation
- Customer records that have transactions linked to them
- Invoices and credit notes, including line-item descriptions
- PDF versions of invoices and credit notes
- Customer receipts information
In addition, if you accept online payments in AR Automation, they'll automatically download as receipts in Sage 50.
