How to change your business name or address

Summary

Edit your business name or address for billing, or just the name and address used in the Sage app.

Resolution

 NOTE: Only the business owner can change the business name or address. 

  TIP: As a business owner, you must email us only from your registered address. This is the email address you entered when you signed up with Sage.

In your app

You may want to use a business name other than your business' billing name in your Sage app. For example, if your business name is Joe Bloggs Ltd, but your trading name is Bloggs Accountancy.

  1. Select your business name in the upper right-hand corner and then select Manage Business Account.

  2. Select Business details, make your changes, then select Save.
