Unable to select all employees on the Payroll Cheque Run

Summary

After installing the Sage 50 Accounting 2024.1 product update, the red stamp button doesn't select all employees and prevents you from selecting other employees.

Resolution

  1. Install 2024.2.
     NOTE: When you get to the download page, click Download Sage 50 Accounting 2024.2 Update.
  2. Run the installer wizard.
  3. Verify everything works in the Payroll Cheque Run.
