Your supplier has enabled Sage's customer account portal to help you manage your account.
This portal is an online platform connected with your supplier’s accounting system. From the portal you can view and download your invoices, payment, and transaction history.
In Transactions, use the filters above and within the tables for payments and invoices to locate a transaction by type or status.
The Invoices section displays all transactions by default, including open and closed invoices, and credit notes (also called credit memos).
You can also message your supplier directly in the portal regarding your account or specific transactions, meaning you can send fewer emails and follow-ups.
