I also get one of these errors:
- "Remote Data Access is not currently available to all subscribers. If you have a subscription or service plan that includes Remote Data Access, please check back soon."
- "Your customer record indicates that you are not enrolled in a service plan that provides product updates."
- "To Pay vendors and employees or collect payments from customers through Direct Payments..."
Resolution
- From the main screen of Sage 50, go to Help, Update service plan.
- Confirm the account ID is correct and click Check Service Plan.
- After the service plan information is retrieved, close Sage 50 completely and reopen it.
